Times are busy and it’s a good idea to eat superfoods that energize you and recharge you. Avoid emotional eating, eat healthy, and get some zzzzz’s. Remember: even Superman and Wonderwoman need rest.

A super you? Yes! You read that right! When you eat the right foods, you’ll be able to ride your bicycle, travel, do more work around the house (who wants to do that, but someone has to do it!), take care of your pets, and spend time in nature. All those wonderful things life offers need a currency: health. With health, you can have it all.
